All Services

Payment

A credit card is required to book all services. All charges will be applied to only one credit card the day of the service. We accept Visa, MC and Amex. No payments can be made to the service providers (with the exception of parking and gratuity). Sorry, but we do not accept cash or personal checks.

Travel & Parking

Travel within 25 miles of the service provider is included. Travel fees will be applied to distances over 25 miles at $1 per additional mile, and will be added to your final bill. Parking is not included in our pricing and is paid directly to the service provider the day of your service.

Gratuity

You may opt to leave gratuities for work well done. The recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuity is not included in our pricing and is paid directly to the service provider the day of your service.  Except for groups of over 5 people where 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel any appointment. Please note that once an appointment is booked--unless we hear otherwise--expect us at your door. 'Skipped' appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held. 

Health

Please alert your reservationist if you are: pregnant, have muscle of joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, are using Retin-A, Avage, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane, any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.

Teens, Tweens & Under

All clients must be 18 years of age or older to schedule or receive a Powder service. Junior clients between the ages of 12-17 may enjoy services only when accompanied by an adult.

Etiquette

Inappropriate and rude behavior will not be tolerated. Our PowderPros are dedicated professionals who reserve the right to terminate treatments and services if guests are excessively intoxicated and/or are acting in an unacceptable fashion.

Miscellaneous

A 'guest-check' form must be completed before each and every treatment begins.

Powder reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on services without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.

Would a male masseuse make you blush? Do you insist on a female with a lighter touch? If you have a preference for the gender of your PowderPro, please state it when you book your appointment.

Powder Party Policies

Reservation

A 50% deposit is due 30 days in advance. Full Payment is due on the day of the scheduled event. To ensure a successful set up we recommend you book your event at least four weeks in advance.

Cancellation

Deposits will not be returned for events that are cancelled less than two weeks in advance.

Gratuity

18% gratuity will be added to the final bill for all groups over 5 people.

Minimums

Powder has a minimum of 5 guests per party.

Set Up

Advance preparation for your Powder Party depends on the number of guests ­ our PowderPros will arrive between 1 and six hours before the start of an event to ensure a smooth set-up.

Attire

Robes can be both purchased or rented. If your event does not include Robe Service, please advise guests to wear comfortable clothing.
